The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS options provided with the dedicated web page hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a regular equipment solely when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is added without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered site names in one user account. This is realizable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other web hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have TWO autonomous account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel choice.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your Top Level Domains under a single web hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP platforms do not supply such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and for that reason they need 2 autonomous user account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
Operating System 3 - you will notice that the Hepsia CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms are available only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
